CREATING a new educational experience for students
BYU-Idaho ONLINE, REVITALIZED
For new university freshman, choosing a major and charting an educational course can be overwhelming, requiring extensive interactions with university counsellors. To help the university manage doubling or tripling student enrollment, we teamed up with BYU–Idaho to reenvision the student's online experience from the ground up.
Together, we created wireframes and storyboards to assist extensive committees through rearchitecting the entire system. User interface, icons, hierarchies and information architecture were designed to guide students through complex interactions and minimize their dependency upon university personnel.
